Feed pellet machine (also known as: pellet feed machine, feed pellet mill, pellet feed forming machine), belongs to feed pelletizing equipment. It is a feed processing machine that uses corn, soybean meal, straw, grass, rice husk, etc. as raw materials, and directly compresses them into pellets after crushing the raw materials. According to production, it can be divided into: straw feed pellet machine, wheat bran feed pellet machine, soybean meal feed pellet machine, corn straw feed pellet machine, wood chip feed pellet machine, etc
- Chipping: Larger raw materials with diameters between 100mm and 220mm require chipping. These wood blocks are finely processed into wood strands less than 100mm in diameter using specialized chippers.
- Crushing: Wood strands with diameters between 10mm and 100mm are finely processed in a crusher, turning them into sawdust for pelletizing.
- Drying: Raw materials with moisture levels exceeding 20% are dried to maintain moisture content within the 10%-15% range.
- Pelletizing Process: The biomass pellet machine processes sawdust-like raw materials into renewable biomass pellets ready for direct combustion.
- Cooling and Packaging: Cooling silo stores and cools the pellets, followed by packaging for storage and transportation.
