An electronic batching scale accurately measures the raw material ratio, and a horizontal twin-shaft paddle mixer ensures uniform mixing. Liquid addition equipment is available to meet nutritional fortification needs. - Pelletizing and Conditioning System
A ring die pelletizer presses pellets to meet the diverse formulation requirements of livestock, poultry, and aquatic products. The conditioner uses steam heat treatment to increase starch gelatinization and enhance feed digestibility. - Cooling and Screening System
A countercurrent cooler reduces pellet temperature to prevent agglomeration and mold. A grading screen separates qualified pellets, and the powder is recovered for further processing. - Finished Product Packaging System
A fully automatic packaging machine performs weighing and sealing, and is equipped with a metal detector to ensure the safety of finished products.
