A feed pellet production line is a system of machines designed to transform raw feed ingredients into dense, uniform pellets suitable for various animals, such as livestock, poultry, and fish. The core steps in a typical feed pellet production line include raw material crushing, mixing, pelletizing (using a pellet mill), cooling, and packaging. Different types of production lines exist, including flat die systems for smaller-scale operations and ring die systems for larger capacities, as well as specialized extrusion lines for producing high-quality, puffed floating fish feed.
