The duck feed pellet production line features intelligent technology and simple operation, making it suitable for farms and feed mills of all sizes.
Feed Pellet Production Line
A duck feed pellet production line is an automated system designed to transform raw ingredients into nutrient-rich, compressed pellets for ducks. The core process involves crushing ingredients, mixing them with steam, forcing the mixture through a pellet mill under heat and pressure to form pellets, and then cooling, screening, and packaging them for storage and distribution. These lines range in capacity from small-scale operations to large industrial plants, utilizing technologies like PLCs for intelligent, efficient, and precise control over the entire feed manufacturing process.

| Product advantages | Fully automatic intelligent batching, computer control system with stable output, efficient and continuous operation, labor saving, direct packaging, particle size can be selected from 1-12mm. |
| Size for whole line | According to land size and layout |
Function: Crush larger raw materials into fine particles suitable for pelleting. For example, for wood materials, wood chips and branches can be crushed into sawdust. For biomass pellet production, materials like crop straw can be reduced to uniform small pieces or powder through a pulverizer.
Function: If the moisture content of the raw materials is too high, it will affect the pellet quality and storage performance. A dryer can reduce the moisture content of the raw materials. For example, in feed pellet production, some fresh grasses or grains contain a lot of moisture. After drying, the moisture content of the raw materials can be reduced to an appropriate range, generally around 10%-15%, which is beneficial for subsequent processing.
Sawdust from the pulverizer is fed to the small pellet machine via a screw feeder.
Pellet Machine (Pellet Mill) Function: Press the pre-treated raw materials into pellets. In biomass pellet production, the raw material is squeezed through the die and rollers of the pellet mill into pellets of a specific shape and size. For example, biomass pellets with a diameter of 6-10mm are produced for combustion for heating or power generation.
Function: Freshly produced pellets are hot and soft. A cooler lowers the pellet temperature, hardens the pellets, and improves their strength and stability. During the production process, pellets exiting the pellet mill may reach temperatures of 70-90°C. After cooling, the temperature generally drops to near room temperature, for example, around 30-40°C.
