A water-drop mill grinds raw materials to an appropriate particle size. Combined with an electronic batching scale and a twin-shaft paddle mixer, this system achieves precise proportioning and uniform mixing.
The pelletizer uses a high-temperature, high-pressure extrusion process to form pellets, improving palatability and storage properties. Parameters can be adjusted to suit different animal needs.
A cooler reduces pellet temperature and moisture, while a screening device removes unqualified pellets to ensure uniformity in the finished product.
Automatic packaging machines complete the weighing, sealing, and labeling processes, supporting quantitative packaging.
