Product Overview
Our single screw type pet food extruder machine processes crushed grain, bone powder, soybean, corn, and other materials directly into food pellets. This equipment is primarily suitable for various aquatic products, pets, and other curing forming granule feedstuff, including both floating and sinking fish food.
Material Requirements for Floating Fish Feed Extruder
- Raw materials: Corn, Wheat, Soybean, Grain, Bone powder, etc.
- Raw materials need to be ground into 60-80 mesh
- Raw materials moisture content: 20-30%
- Diameter of final pellets: 0.9-12mm
- Length of pellets adjustable by controlling the cutting knife
Pellet Size and Shape Customization
Final pellets size ranges from 0.9-12mm according to your requirements. Simply change the molds to achieve different size pellets. Various pellet shapes are available for customization.
