Product Overview
This pellet feed extrusion equipment is designed for producing fish food, cat food, dog food and other pet feed. Various patterns can be produced with customizable molds according to specific requirements.

- Processes corn, soybean, animal scraps and other raw materials into novel shaped pellets with unique taste and rich nutrition
- Suitable for dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, shrimps and other animals
- Direct processing of powder materials into granules; granular materials require pre-crushing to under 3mm
- Optimal raw material moisture content: less than 30%
Pet Feed Production Process
Complete production line: Mixer → Pet Food Extrusion Machine → Dryer → Seasoning Machine
- Add raw materials and water into flour mixer for rapid, even mixing
- Transfer mixed ingredients to pet feed extruder for particle formation
- Dry expanded feed particles in dryer
- Process dried particles in seasoning machine with proportioned seasonings
- Complete seasoning process and discharge finished feed particles
Material Requirements
- Raw materials: Corn, Wheat, Soybean, Grain, Bone powder, etc.
- Raw materials ground to 60-80 mesh
- Moisture content: 20-30%
- Final pellet diameter: 0.9-12mm
- Adjustable pellet length via cutting knife control
Pellet Size and Shape Customization
Final pellets range from 0.9-12mm according to requirements. Different mold configurations enable various pellet sizes and shapes for complete customization.
