Wood hammer mill working principle:
The wood hammer mill have 16pcs hammers attached on the rotating rotor, source materials are feed into the crushing chamber. the materials are milled by striking first against the rotating hammers and then against the liner.
If they are milled to the targeted size, then through the screen. If there are any larger-size particles that have failed to move through the screen, they go through the milling processes again.
Product Application
The high efficiency wood hammer mill is applied for grinding many crude material: wood chips, small branches, rice husk, nut shell, corn, sorghum, grain, legumes, broken cake pellet and other materials, used in the wood pellet making plant and feed pellet making plant.
The size of the final products from the wood hammer mill is changeable from 2-12mm, through changing the sieve screener of the machine to make different size power material to meet customer requirement.
