Introduction
The chicken dicer cutting machine can cutting all kinds of vegetable and meat to small block, suitable for food processing factory, restauran, meat shop,etc. It can cut the whole chicken to be small cube, and the cube size can be customized from 20-60mm.
The chicken cutting machine can be made of different types, it has different configurations:
For conveyor belt, it can be with PU belt, it is a whole belt, its surface is smooth , and it is very durable. It also can be with rubber plate belt, it means the conveying belt is made of many pcs of rubber plates, its advance is it is easy to replace, if only one plate is damaged, you just need to replace the demaged one, it can save some cost in long time service.
About the materials of the whole chicken cutting machine, we have two kinds also:
1. we can make the machine with full SUS304 stainless steel, it means the inside frame of the machine also is adpoting SUS304 stainless steel, but motor and converying chain is not stainless steel.
2. we can make the machine with SUS304 stainless steel and carbon steel, it means the parts which touch meat is SUS304 stainless steel, inside supports are carbone steel, outside sheel is stainless steel.
