System overview:

   The system is a comprehensive automatic test system that integrates scanning and single point test for DWDM devices.

   The system integrates the scanning mode of the traditional adjustable light source + dual-channel optical power meter with the point measurement mode of the ITU light source + optical power meter, effectively improving the overall test efficiency of the product and reducing the equipment input cost and labor cost.

   In addition, the use of optical box to compress the station equipment space, improve the cleanliness of the station. In the testing process, the system is automated and processed, which is conducive to staff training and anti-stay and anti-error.

 

Working principle:

   According to the product type, the adjustable light source and ITU light source in different band range are selected, and the test specifications of the corresponding product are set. During the operation, the point parameter instrument server can effectively schedule the resources of the server by reasonable algorithm mechanism according to the request of each client, and realize real real-time parallel scanning for the scanning parameter system. After all parameters are tested, the system analyzes, saves and automatically determines the test data, and displays the test results on the test program interface.
