CNC machining anodized aluminum parts involves creating an oxide film on aluminum surfaces through electrochemical processes. The resulting porous alumina (Al₂O₃) significantly enhances corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and hardness while providing excellent insulation and decorative properties. Custom colors are available to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Anodizing and Dyeing Processes
- Oxidation Dyeing: Uses anodic oxidation to create porous alumina film for dyeing carrier and enhanced corrosion resistance. Organic dyes produce bright colors like red, blue, and green, ideal for electronic shells and decorative parts.
- Inorganic Dyeing: Silver/copper salt penetration creates light-resistant, anti-aging tones suitable for outdoor industrial equipment.
- Electrolytic Coloring: Nickel/tin ions deposited in film holes create metallic texture colors (bronze, champagne gold) with final sealing treatment for long-lasting color retention.
