- Nylon: Strong toughness and superior impact resistance
- PTFE (Teflon): High-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, low friction
- PEEK: High-temperature and high-strength, chemically resistant for medical and aviation applications
- Additional materials: PMMA, ABS, PEI, Neoflon, Ultem and other CNC-processable engineering plastics
CNC Equipment Capabilities
Our CNC turning centers feature multi-station tool turrets and power tool turrets with extensive processing capabilities. They handle complex geometric structures including straight cylinders, inclined cylinders, arcs, threads, grooves, and worm gears.
