Cutting Speed & Feed Rate Optimization

Increasing feed rates and milling speeds reduces machining time while improving heat dissipation conditions. However, higher CNC milling speeds generate increased temperatures. Coolant Selection Guidelines

While standard coolants are suitable for most plastic machining applications, they may cause stress rupture in amorphous plastics including ULTEM, PC, and PPSU. For these materials, our facility utilizes spray cooling and compressed air systems to ensure optimal results.
