Hastelloy C2000, 2.4675, N06200, Nickel Alloy Spring Wire
Hastelloy C2000, 2.4675, N06200, Nickel Alloy Spring Wire
This alloy was developed to broaden the application range of one alloy. With the addition of Copper to the Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum system, Hastelloy C2000 is resistant to an extensive range of corrosive chemicals, including sulphuric, hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. The combination of Molybdenum and Copper provide excellent corrosion resistance to reducing media, while the high Chromium content gives good oxidising resistance. Like other nickel alloys, Hastelloy C2000 is ductile, easy to form and weld, while possessing excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing solutions.
