Q1: How long is the warranty period?
A: The warranty for the whole machine is one year. We give one year warranty to the whole machine. Within the warranty, if any quality problems, we will provide online technical guidance first. If the machine parts are broken, we will send spare parts to you freely. If the machine needs to be repaired, you could send it back to us, and we will bear all the fees.
Q2:What kind of payment methods can I use?
A: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, PayPal, and Western Union are available, you could choose one to pay for it.
Q3: After making the payment, how long the machine will be dispatched?
A: It will take about 10-15 working days. After the production is done, we will product and test the machine for 3-5 days to ensure high quality.
