Ceramic Liner Product Description
1. This product is produced through fine sintering, precision machining and specific grinding using the patented structure and formula of independent intellectual property rights.
2. The normal working pressure is increased by 5-10%, and the normal service life is not less than 3000 hours under the conditions of no partial wear, no water shortage, and no overpressure.
3. Ceramic composition: aluminum, zirconium, manganese, barium, cerium; the total content of aluminum, zirconium, chromium and barium is more than 95%, and the metal 45# round steel is integrally forged.
4. The smoothness is less than 0.30, the strength is greater than 400, no bright lines, no scratches.
