Variable Bore Ram Describe:
This variable-diameter rubber core can seal a wider range of drill pipes and hexagonal drill pipes, and provides uniform sealing pressure, basically eliminating extrusion paths.
Variable Bore Ram Principle:
When sealing, the piston pushes forward to squeeze the rubber core. Depending on the size of the pipe string, its support ribs drive the internal storage rubber to hold the pipe string tightly.
Variable Bore Ram Advantage:
One size of rubber core can be used for several drilling tools of different sizes, especially for combined drilling tools and hexagonal drill pipes. During the entire drill string tripping process, there is no need to frequently replace the ram due to different sizes of drilling tools.
