The inner and outer layers are tightly bound together.The outer 45# steel is wear-resistant and the inner high chromium cast iron is wear-resistant
and corrosion-resistant. The hardness after heat treatment reaches 62 Rockwell C grade.

finish, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, suitable for all kinds of harsh working environment.
Coat :45# forging, tensile strength σ B >610MPa, yield strength σ S >450MPa, elongation > 17%, hardness HB180-200.
Inner sleeve: high chromium cast iron (centrifugal casting), anneal hardness HRC≤40, quenching hardness HRC 60-67.
Chemical composition: C 2.8% - 3.1%, 26% 28% Cr, Si 0.6% 0.9%, Mn 0.5% 1%,
Mo 0.5%-0.8%, S, P <0.05%;
