Product Introduction
Potassium humate is a dark brown solid powder or particle, easily soluble in water, with strong temperature resistance, and is a multi-functional
deep-well drilling fluid treatment agent. Potassium humate can ionize negatively charged hydration genes with strong hydration ability in water, which
has the advantages of inhibiting clay hydration expansion and preventing core cracks and cracks. It is a good shale inhibitor, and at the same time
reduces drilling fluid viscosity and filtration loss. In particular, it has a good inhibition on water-sensitive shale, keeps shale stable and prevents well
diameter enlargement. It can be directly added into various water-based drilling fluid systems, which is more than lignite resin, ammonium salt and
other treating agents to be used together. The drilling fluid has low cost and can achieve good economic benefits.
Good temperature resistance, can resist high temperature more than 180 degrees Celsius.It has remarkable effect on restraining shale hydration
expansion, preventing shale from spalling and collapsing, and stabilizing well wall.
It can be used as ceramic synergist, briquette binder and drilling mud-reducing agent, the early strength concrete super-
plasticizers, wastewater treatment agent, soft water colorings, ion exchangers and boiler water treatment agent.
