NP3051 series intelligent differential pressure / pressure transmitter has a variable capacitance sensing assembly called "δ" chamber see the figure below, With continuous self-diagnosis, linear compensation and digital fine-tuning function.the process pressure is transmitted through the "δ" chamber on both sides of the isolation diaphragm, filling fluid to the "δ " chamber to the center diaphragm.Local adjustment of zero position and range can be realized, and remote adjustment can also be realized by remote hand controller or computer. The center diaphragm is a tension elastic element, which produces a corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference between the two sides acting on it,Linear or square root output can be selected according to different applications. and this displacement is transformed into the differential capacitance formed on the capacitor pole plate.Damping time can be set to change between 0.1~16s. The differential capacitance is converted into a standard output signal by an electronic circuit.Pressure value unit conversion between KPa, Pa, InH20 bar, etc. can be realized.
