Anti-Interference 120m Microwave Level Switch Installation Requirements
- Do not damage the insulation of the probe during installation. Avoid mechanical wear of probe and installation interface, container wall, material etc.
- The instrument guard line pipe must not have the stagnant water, otherwise will endanger the instrument electronic unit;
- As shown in figure 1, due to the directionality of microwave emissions, the transmitter and receiver installed in the same group must be in the same direction, or reverse 180 °. When the position is 90 °, the receiving end will not receive a valid signal.
- See figure 2. When multiple sets of microwave level switches need to be installed in adjacent locations, each adjacent set of instruments should be staggered 90 °. And keep the center distance above 500mm.

- Microwave level switches should be installed in pairs, one is the transmitter and the other is the receiver. The transmitter is responsible for transmitting the microwave signal and the receiving side is responsible for detecting the microwave signal and converting it to the level.
