Rf Admittance Level Meter Operating Principle
Traditional capacitive material level meter, with the level rising, material covered probes, value of capacitance circuit between the probe and the medium (conductive material) or between the probe and the tube wall capacitance (insulation material) increases.Due to the change of level imbalance led to a capacitance bridge, so the change of capacitance value depends on the dielectric constant of the material being tested.Then through to the signal detection, amplification, and finally the corresponding signal output.Capacitive material level meter, however, there are some disadvantages, especially when the probe is hanging will seriously affect the measurement result.

Rf Admittance Level Meter Installation requirements
Note:
- Probe measurement part cannot run into the tank wall, is apart from the tank wall distance is greater than 600 mm as well.
- When the tank has a strong stirring, should place the probe bottom fixed and to probe from blender to ensure safety.
- The instrument must be reliable grounding.
- Probe cannot be installed on the filling mouth (or channel) or other materials directly through the place.If unable to do this, it is the probe to add partition between filling mouth (or slots).
- Instrument installed hard pole probe must be considered when space.Cable type probe after installation to straighten, avoid short circuit with tank wall.
- The installation must be very careful, don't damage the probe insulation layer.Probe center side and shielding layer and installation interface or contact with the walls, and avoid the probe in use process and installation interface, the container wall, material and other mechanical wear and tear.
- Instrument convenient cannot have water, otherwise it will endanger the instrument electronic unit.
