The BS001 series Portable AIS Base Station System is engineered specifically for China's coastal waters, inland ports, Yangtze River waterways, offshore platforms, and similar marine environments. This system receives information from all AIS devices within coverage range and facilitates communication and navigation assistance.
Installed along shorelines and riverbanks, the BS001 receives AIS data from vessels and equipment, transmitting this information in real-time to network management systems. The base station also receives maritime administration directives and broadcasts them to surrounding ships for operational management.
