An Impeller Valve Bag Filler is a type of industrial machine used for efficiently filling valve bags with fine, powdery, or fluidizable materials, such as cement, fly ash, minerals, and other dry bulk solids. It uses an impeller (a rotating device) to move the product into the bag under controlled pressure.

The impeller valve bag filling machine is mainly composed of body, discharging mechanism, control mechanism, weighing mechanism, bagging mechanism, etc

1. Machine body: carbon steel welding is adopted, with high strength and stiffness

2. Discharge mechanism: use the motor to drive the impeller of the main shaft to push the powder forward and discharge it, and put it into the valve bag through the discharging nozzle.

3. Control mechanism: put on the valve bag and touch the travel switch, that is, open the gate and start filling. When the powder reaches the specified weight, the microcomputer sends a signal, the cylinder is closed, the filling stops, and the bag is taken manually at the same time.

4. Weighing mechanism: the machine adopts high-precision sensors and instruments for accurate measurement. When the filling of the material bag reaches the target weight, the microcomputer sends a command to turn on the solenoid valve to close the cylinder, stop the filling, and ensure that the bag weight is qualified.

5. Application: This machine is widely used for quantitative packaging of cement, gypsum powder, fly ash, heavy calcium powder, putty powder and other powders with good fluidity
