20G high-pressure boiler tube is an alloy structural steel of medium carbon steel, which contains a high carbon content (C0.24%~0.30%), and a small amount of Mo, V, Nb and other elements are added to limit the grain growth. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good weldability, plasticity, toughness and cold bendability, and has a certain resistance to stress corrosion cracking. 20G high-pressure boiler tube use: mainly used in power plants and nuclear power and other industrial sectors to manufacture various seamless steel tubes. Chemical composition of 20G high pressure boiler tube: (mass fraction) C0.23%, Si1.65%, Mn1.70%, Mn2O30.80%, P0.05%.
20g high temperature alloy plate application field
1. Automobile engine parts. Such as crankshaft, cam bearing, rocker bearing, piston ring, valve guide.
2. Aeroengine parts. Such as turbine packing, blades, impellers and overall structural parts.
3. Motorcycle engine parts. Such as sprockets, camshafts, gears, spline shafts, body frames, cylinder heads, cylinder bushings, connecting rods. 4. Heating surface components used on tractors, harvesters and other tractors.
5. Gas turbine components.
6. Parts of power generation equipment.
7. Fasteners and high-strength bolts used on aerospace vehicles.
