Single head AUTOMATIC WELDING MACHINE for Heavy duty H beam
This machine is mainly used for submerged arc welding of assembled H beam, the working principle is as following:
1.One H-beam steel placed on workpiece support frame with 45°, which is suitable for boat welding
2.Gantry welding machine walks on rails at adjusted welding speed
3. Use SAW welding to weld two seam
4. Arc-guide frame automatic seam tracking
5. Flux automatic feed and recovery system
Technical process:
The machine adopts the ship-type submerged arc welding process, mechanical welding seam automatic tracking, welding flux automatically spread and recycle technology, and two H beam longitudinal seam automatic welding.
Optional:
1. Electronic or laser automatic seam tracking system to realize the welding of special-shaped parts and higher precision.
2. Mounted double wire or multi-wire welding system to achieve higher welding efficiency and better penetration.
3. equipped with the digital welding integrated control system developed by our company to realize welding process database management and digital network communication.
