High-Speed SMT Compatible Heat-Seal/Self-Adhesive Cover Tape with Consistent Peel Strength
Based on the sealing method, cover tapes are mainly divided into the following two types:
- Heat-seal Cover Tape: It forms a firm bond with the carrier tape by melting the adhesive layer under heat, making it suitable for high-speed automated packaging production lines.
- Self-adhesive Cover Tape: It directly adheres to and seals the carrier tape at room temperature using a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, featuring simple operation and requiring no heating equipment.
