Organized Packaging for Electronic Components
This custom black blister tray provides individual formed locations for electronic components during handling, inspection, storage and transport. The pocket layout is selected around the actual part rather than a universal cavity size. Separate locations can help maintain orientation and limit contact between adjacent parts when the tray, loading method and outer packaging are properly matched. Supply covers empty trays; components are not included.
Material Selection for the Application
PET, PP and PS as options for this product family. These are alternative selections, not a claim that every tray contains all three polymers or that each grade has identical performance. The final choice should consider component geometry, forming depth, stiffness, handling conditions and electrical requirements. Black appearance alone does not establish conductivity, static dissipation or shielding performance. Agree the selected grade and relevant documentation before order approval.
Component-Specific Pocket Design
External dimensions, cavity layout and pocket count can be developed from a component drawing or physical sample, subject to feasibility review. Useful inputs include the maximum component envelope, terminal locations, allowable contact surfaces and loading orientation. Clearance should allow practical loading and removal while controlling unwanted movement. Delicate leads and exposed contacts require particular attention. A visually similar pocket is not evidence of suitability for another component.
