Plug Board assembly is installed in the hydraulic cylinder for centering and fixing the lower guider. The Plug Board assembly is consists of plug board and copper blocks. The material of the copper block is tin bronze, and the Plug board is made of 45 quenched and tempered steel.

The Plug Board Assembly for Drill Mud Pump is installed in the hydraulic cylinder, and is used to guidance and fix the valve guide lower. It consists of the flush board and copper block. The copper block is made of tin bronze, and the flush board is made of 45 steel. It is the main part in the hydraulic end system of the F1300/1600 drilling pump, and its corresponding fixed card in the f500/800/1000 mud pump. Insert the flush board into the positioning groove of the valve guide during installation.
