API Solid Equipment Explosion-proof Mud Agitator for Oil & Gas
Mud agitator is part of the drilling fluids solids control equipment, which is mainly used to agitate and mix the drilling mud to prevent solids particles from depositing in the circulating tank and to stabilize the performance of drilling fluids.
It is composed of explosion-proof motor, speed reducer, motor base and blade. The motor and speed reducer, speed reducer and impeller shaft are connected by steel coupling. The impeller is welded with four blades.
It can be used used for solid-phase separation in drilling fluid circulating system.
Features
1.Electric machine of agitator adopts horizontal installation and reducing mechanism adopts single-stage arc column gear worm decelerator, so that efficiency is very high.
2.Shaft gland adopts special mechanism and resolves problem of unreliable shaft gland.
3.The agitator has low barycenter, good stability, good shock absorption effect, small external dimensions and stable operation
4.The direct connection gets rid of such intermediate link as coupling, which makes structure simple and performance reliable.
