Shaker Screen description of Solids Control Equipment:

A commonly used petroleum vibrating screen consisting mainly of a steel frame and 2 to 3 layers of stainless steel mesh tightly bonded to the frame.The frame is made of high strength square steel pipe or flat steel welded, and has several reinforced reinforcement bars. The mesh cloth can be combined with the frame through metal lining.Or directly bonded to the frame each screen is equipped with a special rubber plug to repair mesh damage.
