1.Application of HEV fuse

This HEV series of fuses are suitable for rated voltage of 1000VDC/AC,rated current of 5A-800A,and breaking capacity of AC100KA/DC30KA with small size,high breaking capacity, temperature shock resistance, current shock, mechanical vibration and shock, chemical load resistance and other characteristics.It is suitable for short-circuit and backup protection of semiconductor devices such as frequency converters, rectifiers, inverters, various power supplies, as well as power batteries, motors, capacitors, wires and other equipment and devices. This product has good anti-vibration and flame-retardant properties, and is suitable for applications in vibration environments such as rail transit and motor vehicles.

2.Structure of 1000V HEV series fuse

The melting tube of this HEV fuse is composed of high temperature resistant ceramic material,with high flame retardant performance and strong hardness.The melt is sealed in the melting tube with a varible cross-section melt made of 99.99% pure silver.The melting tube is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials as arc extinguishing medium.The contact surface is silver plated to ensure reliable electrical performance,greetly reducing temperature rise and power consumption;Both ends of the melt are firmly connected with the contact by spot welding,which greatly enhance the safety and reliability of breaking short circuit fault current.
