The EV series fuse available in bolt,rated current  range of 10A-800A,rated voltage of AC/DC1000V,breaking capacity of AC100KA or DC20KA. The rated current of 30A-150A available in mounting bolt M8 recommended torque 11N·m,rated current range of 175A-325A available in mounting bolt M10 recommended torque 20N·m,rated current of 350A-800A available in mounting bolt M12 recommended torque 28N·m.    

Structure of the EV type fuse

The fuse tubes of electric vehicles are made of high temperature resistant ceramic materials, which have high fire resistance and solid hardness.

The melt is sealed in a smelting tube so that 99.99% of the pure silver becomes a variable cross section melt. The smelting pipe is filled with chemically treated high purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials for arc to extinguish agglomeration.

Conditions of use

Normal use conditions and parameter correction

The fuse works under the normal use conditions described below and does not require additional modification.

When it exceeds the normal use conditions, if it is within the allowable use conditions, it may be necessary to modify some parameters or consult. If it exceeds the range of allowable use conditions, you should consult our company, and conduct work suitability assessment and testing of the conditions.

It is recommended that the current value of long-term flow is not more than 80% of the rated current. Please refer to the above-mentioned temperature evaluation curve for over-temperature use.

Altitude: The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m. If the altitude exceeds 2000m, the rated voltage needs to be reduced. 2000~4000m, the rated voltage is reduced by 90% for every 1000m increase.

Ambient air temperature

Normal use conditions: -5℃～60℃.

Allowable use conditions: -55℃～120℃.
