DTF printing is faster than DTG printing when making multiple prints. Most DTF printers can produce up to 300 (or more) 12” x 12” images per hour!

This compares to 20-60 per hour for a DTG printer.

What is the difference between DTG and sublimation?

The inks used in the DTG process paint the surface of the substrate, while the sublimation dye penetrates the surface to recolor from the inside out. Therefore, the chemistry of the two processes is completely different, with sublimation relying on molecular bonding, while DTG relies on surface adhesion.
