Film printer directly on film
DTF printers use PET film because they are different from those used for screen printing. The thickness of the PET film is about 0.75 mm, and the transfer characteristics are improved. These films are also known on the market as DTF transfer films.
They can be found as cut sheets for small-scale use or as rolls for large-scale commercial setups. There are two categories of temperature-based PET film. Cold peel type film and hot peel type film.
