Technically speaking, what are DTF PreTreat Sheets?
DTF PreTreat Sheets are DTG PRO branded polyethylene terephthalate (PET) release films. Don't worry about a bite. Here's what you really need to know:

How do I use a DTF transfer product?
DTF transfer is performed using a DTF pretreatment sheet and DTF transfer powder.

First print on DTF PreTreat Sheets (using textile inks using a DTG machine), cover the printed matter with DTF Transfer powder, and then heat press onto clothing or textiles. When transferring to WHITE textiles, you can print with COLOR, and when transferring to DARK / BLACK textiles, you can print one layer of COLOR and then one layer of WHITE.

What are the advantages of DTF transfer over regular DTG? Well, there are two, and they are also substantive:

DTF transfer eliminates the need for pre-processing. No additional pretreatment / chemical steps required for dark shirt prints
With DTF transfer, you can get printed images of more materials and as well (lycra, cotton, nylon, swimwear fabrics, highly elastic fabrics, chemicals or shoes, hats, bags, etc.)
