Description
M12 connectors are circular connectors with a 12-mm locking thread used for sensors, actuators, Fieldbus and industrial Ethernet, primarily in factory automation applications. Often with ratings ofIP65, IP68 and IP69K, they are ideal for washdown and corrosive environments. They are available with 3, 4, 5, 8 and 12 pins. While higher pin counts are not planned, other locking styles such as bayonet and push-pull are continuously under development.

● What is the difference between the PG-7 and PG-9 cables?
The PG-7 size is good for cables 0.118" to 0.169" diameter and this one, the PG-9 size, which is good for 0.158" - 0.252" diameter. These two are the most common sizes for power & data cables, be sure to measure them so you have the proper fit.
