Description
The M12 Y-Splitter Cable splits wires into 2 separate connectors, allowing installation of two single-channel input or output devices to each port of hardwired distribution box. Connectors are available with parallel circuits, which allow input or output signals to run or trigger devices simultaneously. Products carry IP 67 protection rating and operate between -40 and +80°C.

FAQ
● What is M12 connector?
The M12 connector is a circular connector with a 12-mm locking thread that is used primarily in factory automation applications for actuators, sensors, industrial ethernet, and Fieldbus. M12 connectors are designed for washdown and corrosive environments. They are available with 3, 4, 5, 8, and 12 pins.
● What is the difference between an M8 and M12 connector?
Circular M12 and M8 connectors are used in industrial automation to connect devices securely. M12 designs can also be used for fieldbus connections. The M8 connector is used specifically with industrial sensors. This connector features a waterproof 3-pin screw.
● Are all M12 connectors the same?
Several styles of coding exist in M12 connectors. This coding prevents incorrect mating on products. In addition, shielding is available in most coded M12 connectors. For example, X-coded connectors are specifically shielded by the design of their coding.
