A: You could tell us about your goods size and give me picture, so that we can make a same sample to test,
we will install the right way for you.

A: Dear customer, this mini machine we dont have much more profit, so its hard to have discount

A: We accept T/T, L/C , Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal, etc.

A: That mainly depends on time of the season & order quantity . It generally takes 4 weeks.

6. Q: How long is the delivery time? Do you provide shipping services?
A: As its big we suggest send it by sea, about 20-30 days.

A: All our machines comes with one-year warranty on non-consumable parts. You can contact me or after-sale service directly.

A: All other parts are available to order from our factory directly. We offer very competitive pricing on parts to lower your cost.

A: Technical service and support through internet and telephone is available. You can contact me for manual guide.

10. Q: Do you offer logo custom design and manufacturing services?
A: We offers logo customize, but it need extra cost.
