The 16488HA is a high-precision MEMS IMU featuring integrated three-axis gyroscope and accelerometer. It delivers ±450°/s angular rate and ±20g acceleration measurements with exceptional accuracy. Key specifications include 0.3°/h gyro zero-bias instability, 0.25mg accelerometer bias, low random walk, and high scale factor linearity. With full temperature compensation (-45~85°C), misalignment correction, and nonlinear compensation, it provides reliable inertial data for demanding applications.
