The MEMS inertial measurement unit integrates a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, three-axis inclinometer, temperature sensor, signal processing board, and supporting software. This comprehensive system measures three-axis angular rate, acceleration, and inclination angle of a carrier, delivering compensated data (including temperature compensation, installation misalignment compensation, and nonlinear compensation) through an RS-422 serial port using standardized communication protocols.
