High Performance MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit with Built-in 3 Axis Accelerometer and Gyroscope
The MEMS inertial measurement unit consists of three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, three-axis inclination angle sensor, temperature sensor, signal processing board, structure and necessary software. It measures the three-axis angular rate, three-axis acceleration and three-axis inclination angle of a carrier, and outputs the gyro, accelerometer and inclination data after error compensation (including temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, and nonlinear compensation) through an RS-422 serial port according to an agreed communication protocol.
