The IMU6 MEMS inertial measurement unit integrates a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, three-axis inclination angle sensor, temperature sensor, signal processing board, and supporting software. This comprehensive system measures three-axis angular rate, acceleration, and inclination angle of a carrier, outputting compensated data (including temperature, installation misalignment, and nonlinear compensation) via RS-422 serial port using standardized communication protocols.
