The MFOG-24 micro-nano fiber optic gyroscope is a high-precision angular rate sensor integrating optical, mechanical, and electronic technologies. Based on the Sagnac effect, it incorporates a variety of micro-nano fiber optic devices and realizes angular rate detection by measuring, processing, and feedback-controlling the phase difference generated by two counter-propagating light beams.
