The φ 50 Fiber Optic Coil is professionally designed and manufactured for high-performance fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) systems. Developed based on real customer application requirements, this optical fiber coil provides excellent stability, reliability, and environmental adaptability, making it an ideal sensing component for closed-loop fiber optic gyroscopes with a diameter of approximately 50 mm.
Using a multi-pole symmetric winding technology, the fiber coil ensures excellent polarization consistency and reduces phase errors caused by environmental disturbances. The coil adopts 80/135 μm high-quality optical fiber and UV-cured adhesive bonding technology, ensuring superior mechanical strength and long-term stability.
Application Areas
Mainly used in closed-loop fiber optic gyroscopes with a diameter of approximately 50mm.
Product Features
This model of optic fiber coil adopts a multi-pole symmetric winding method and uses 135μm thin diameter optical fibers and UV-cured adhesive. The ring exhibits excellent temperature and vibration performance, and can be mass-produced with good product consistency.
