Product Feature
This MEMS inertial measurement unit integrates:
- Three-axis gyroscope
- Three-axis accelerometer
- Three-axis inclination angle sensor
- Temperature sensor
- Signal processing board
The unit measures three-axis angular rate, acceleration, and inclination angle of a carrier. It outputs compensated gyro, accelerometer, and inclination data through an RS-422 serial port using a defined communication protocol. Compensation includes temperature, installation misalignment angle, and nonlinear factors.
