1. Product Description
The Touch Screen Module can be divided into three types according to the way of lamination: full lamination, 0 lamination, and frame lamination.
Frame sticking, also known as oral adhesive sticking, is the most common sticking method currently used, that is, simply fixing the touch screen to the four sides of the LCD display screen with double-sided tape. Because of its low cost and simple application, it is favored by small and medium-sized manufacturers.

Equipment/materials: light box, ion fan, humidifier, film card, alcohol/ethyl acetate, finger cover, dust-free cloth, Vernier/digital caliper.
Inspection environment: 30cm ± 5cm from the product, temperature: 22 ± 2 ℃; humidity: 40% ~ 70% RH; cleanliness: Level 10000.
Inspection angle: vertical rotation angle: ± 30 °, from top to bottom; horizontal rotation angle: ± 30 °, from left to right.
Inspection illuminance: fluorescent lamp inspection area illuminance: 150
0-1800lux; table lamp inspection area illuminance: 1500-1800lux; It is convenient for internal uniform illumination requirements.
