The stainless steel sandblasting plate is manufactured using grades 201, 304, 316, etc. Standard dimensions include 1220x2400mm, 1000x2000mm, 1220x3050mm, with capability for custom indefinite lengths. Available thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 6mm.
Polishing finish, also referred to as brushed, directional or satin finish, features short, parallel polishing lines that create a uniform, directional appearance extending along the coil or sheet length. This ground unidirectional finish is achieved using 150/180/240/320 grit abrasives, with higher grit numbers producing finer polishing lines.
This versatile finish is extensively used for restaurant and kitchen equipment, storefronts, food processing, and dairy equipment applications. Available finishes include mirror, hairline, sandblasting, and vibration.
