Stainless steel water ripple sheets are widely used in wall and ceiling decoration due to their strong decorative and fashion effect. They offer the advantages of being easy to clean, maintenance free, and fingerprint-resistant. If stains occur, simply wipe them with a cloth.
304 stainless steel is the most commonly used material for decorative water ripple panels. In coastal areas with relatively high humidity and salinity in the air, 304L stainless steel material is often used as a replacement since 304 stainless steel sheets are more susceptible to rusting.
The surface of ordinary metal corrugated sheets is flat, producing uniform refracted images. However, when metal plates are hammered, the surface becomes uneven, creating a visual three-dimensional effect in the refracted picture. Through different percussion methods, metal water ripple sheets can be divided into three categories: large water ripples, small water ripples, and water scale patterns.
Water ripple surface treatment methods include bright, brushed, gold, rose gold, black titanium, champagne gold, and sapphire blue finishes.
