What is Elevator Stainless Steel Sheet?
Stainless steel elevator door panel is produced by different kinds of processing surface treatments. It serves as both protection and decoration for elevator car doors and landing door cladding.
Stainless Steel Etching or Corrosion Principle
The process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The specific production process involves: first coating the stainless steel surface with an anti-corrosion layer to protect required areas, then placing it into the spraying iron trichloride assembly line. After corrosion, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off, forming the desired patterns.
